The closed property funds managed by us exist under the legal form of GbR, or the GmbH & Co KG.
Our essential activities in the regular fund management are:
- Support of shareholders, including individual replies to all enquiries
- Preparation of business reports including regular liquidity forecasting
- Preparation and conduct of shareholders’ meetings
- Monitoring of external caretakers and listing of management guidelines
- Monitoring of maintenance management including medium to long term maintenance plans
- Analysis of micro and macro locations together with preparation of tenancy concepts
- Preparation and examination of annual financial statements
